Dr. Marc Camras

Dr. Marc Camras is the founder of MVision Consulting LLC, a product of twenty years of organizational and human development experience which he carved into an executive and business coaching company. The core mission is to support and challenge business owners, aspiring business owners, and executives and leadership teams from Fortune 500 and 1000 companies to accelerate breakthrough growth.

Passionate about provoking change, fostering leadership, and nurturing entrepreneurial thinking, Dr. Camras uses one on one and group caching, facilitation, and team building exercises to create a powerful culture of development, innovation, and change in businesses and organizations.

Dr. Camras deals with a vast array of clients from all over the world, domestic and international leaders from large corporations, government organizations, professional services and family businesses and include market giants such as Epson, Fosters Wine Estates, Google, Dr. Pepper/ Snapple, Honda, Pharmavite, Ernst and Young, Wells Fargo, Nestle, Make A Wish International, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Intel. Dr. Camras has worked with small business owners, non-profits, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, doctors, professional service providers and prospective business owners interested in owning their own business both domestically and abroad. His specialties include franchising, leadership development caching, assessments, needs analysis, entrepreneurial thinking, strategic planning, cross cultural leadership, mentoring, action learning, change management, and succession planning.

He is also the co-author of “Secrets of Franchise Success: The Formula for Becoming and Staying a Top Producing Franchisee”, a book based on his extensive research and experience that went into the field of developing successful franchises. He has led various workshops for institutions, universities and businesses, and taught his own courses in the areas of Organizational Communication, Leadership, Human Development and Psychology, Education, and Citizenship.  Dr. Camras also works as an Executive Coach for the Center for Creative Leadership.  Marc earned a PhD in Human Information Processing from UC San Diego, a Master’s in Education from Harvard, and a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley.

Melissa Hart Woods

 

MelissaEver since she can remember, Melissa Woods claims to have been “entrepreneurial”. Having started her first company in the late eighties, she went on to develop a successful franchise of a children’s gym called JW Tumbles, with over forty locations worldwide. As testimonial of her success story, she went on to develop and facilitate franchisee-training programs, sales processes, and ongoing support systems, including comprehensive operating manuals.

Having found her special talent in business coaching, Melissa joined as Director of Coaching at an international small business coaching company. As a successful business crisis consultant, , who has coached hundreds of small business owners; Woods understands the process involved in developing a business smartly and effectively and is passionate about helping business owners find simple solutions to everyday challenges while avoiding stress and burnout. With years of trial and error, working smart and selecting the right mentors to guide her, Woods has gained a profound understanding of what it takes to be a successful business owner, a successful franchisee and a successful franchisor.

Melissa is a passionate person, often working towards the acceleration and personal or professional growth of business owners throughout the globe. Woods has an innate understanding of the way in which the business world works, and can guide business owners in fields such as marketing, sales, business development, and customer service; thereby helping them to cross over the quality threshold to become a successful business with great customer ethics. Her supportive, direct, knowledgeable, and pro-active style makes her successful in helping business owners step out of their comfort zones and become endearingly successful business owners.

In her effort to guide the large community of business owners who are stuck halfway on the road to success, Woods has co-authored “Secrets of Franchise Success: The Formula for Becoming and Staying a Top Producing Franchisee”, a book based on extensive research and experience that went into the field of developing successful franchises; along with franchisee development specialist and good friend Marc Camras, PhD. With this book, she hopes to convey the skills and tactics gained throughout her fruitful career, thereby giving the much required edge to the business owner.
